Software & Solutions for Two-Way Radio Hire

Remote Support and Monitoring

CSE Crosscom always installs a software tool that registers faults and provides “live” alerts whenever possible. This tool offers comprehensive visibility into the entire Motorola Solutions infrastructure, ensuring that any issues can be promptly identified and addressed. By monitoring the system in real time, we enhance operational efficiency and reliability, allowing our clients to maintain seamless communication without interruptions. Our commitment to proactive monitoring means you can focus on your event or project, confident that we are on top of any potential challenges.

TRBOnet Watch

TRBOnet Watch software provides proactive remote monitoring of a radio solution and its ancillaries, such as associated IP networks and devices. CSE recommend deployment of TRBOnet Watch for the purpose of ongoing system monitoring and fault awareness.

TRBOnet Watch can be set to alert CSE and yourself of any issues with the radio system immediately. This could be anything from a repeater failure to IP connection issues. CSE can then remotely access, assess, escalate and isolate the issue or provide onsite attendance as relevant. This ensures any issues are dealt with swiftly, often well before they become noticeable to users “on the ground”.

TRBOnet Watch also dynamically monitors the activity on the radio network, providing helpful reports and diagrams to show if a given repeater site is becoming busy. Watch looks at radio signal strength and various other aspects of the system, giving CSE visibility over the key elements that may impact a user’s experience with their radio.

TRBOnet Watch operates in a server/client topology. CSE will primarily monitor this during your event, and respond accordingly, minimizing on the time for disruption. A Server Machine will be running on-site to capture all data and made available for CSE to Monitor, either on-site or remotely.

We can have an engineer on-site (Radio Shack) to monitor the existing system, or remotely over in our offices. Since remote connectivity is enabled by default on our system (to CSE members only) we can still supply TRBOnet Watch, fix most issues remotely, without the need of an Engineer on-site.

Radio Shack with Engineer and CSE AsseTTracK

Radio Shack is operated by a Radio Engineer, responsible to allocate radios and accessories at the beginning of shifts, during the day, swap batteries, faulty accessories and other. Since CSE has a lot of experience on major events, we have recognized the need to make users responsible for the missing equipment that is not returned at the end of the shift or event.

With that in mind, CSE has developed its own tool called CSE AsseTTracK. This is a simple to use web-browser tool, that can allocate radios and accessories to a radio user, via scanning unique labels, and Sign-In and Sign-Out all of the equipment. A notification is provided via email to the Radio user, if an email is provided, ensuring they have a list of equipment collected.

When the equipment is returned, the same email is forwarded to the Radio User, to ensure he has returned all the equipment, or if anything is missing. This ensures Radio Users are responsible for the radios they carry (and accessories), and potentially avoid any extra costs to our customer, due to loss of equipment.

Besides being able to allocate and Sign-In/Sign-Out equipment, it’s also possible to monitor the current stock across the site, to ensure that the correct stock levels are available.
