Thanks to the 3200mAh battery and the power consumption optimization, the body camera can record videos for up to 10 hours.

With the Hytera PTToC application, the body camera works as a PoC radio and enables officers to instantly communicate across the team with a single push on the PTT button. Its dual microphones, coupled with the noise cancellation algorithm, enable Hytera SC580 to deliver crystal clear audio in noisy environments.

With a large and intuitive video recording key, users can start the recording through quick and simple operation amid the hustle of onsite activities.

Pre-event recording enables the body camera to automatically capture video and audio up to 120 seconds before a recording is manually activated. It ensures crucial evidences are captured and recorded as complete as possible – even before pressing the recording button, especially when the scene unfolds volatilely.

The body camera comes with front and rear cameras. Officers can use the front camera to make a video call while the rear HD camera keeps recording what’s happening in the field.

Enabled by Hytera’s innovative dual-stream technology, the body camera records and stores high definition footage locally, while streaming compressed video.

The AES-256 encryption algorithm ensures the security and integrity of all the videos, audios, and photos stored in the body camera, both when it is in the field or dock station. All footages in the camera are tamper-proofed and can be downloaded securely in Hytera’s evidence management system.
