Neocom Software Announces TRBOnet Enterprise 6.4 and TRBOnet Mobile 3.4
October 7th 2025 — Neocom Software has announced the release of TRBOnet Enterprise 6.4 and TRBOnet Mobile 3.4, introducing a range of new features that enhance control, security, and operational efficiency for professional communication systems.

TRBOnet Mobile
In-Call Priorities
This new feature gives administrators fine-grained control over who can interrupt whom in systems with TRBOnet Mobile and/or TRBO.SOS users.
- Assign priorities to dispatchers, TRBO.SOS, TRBOnet Mobile, and radio users.
- Users with higher priority can override ongoing calls from those with lower priority.
- 10 levels available: 1 is reserved as the highest system-defined priority.
- There is an option that allows or prevents interruptions between users with the same priority.
- Default priorities can be set globally but overridden for individual users.
Note: These settings do not affect how radios interact within a radio system. Interruption behaviour between radios still depends on the radio type and channel configuration.
Enhanced Security
Security remains a top priority at Neocom Software. TRBOnet Mobile 3.4 introduces these capabilities:
- Password visible only during first entry.
- Encrypted QR codes for sharing connection profiles.
- Connection profiles imported via QR codes are hidden from view.
- Secure Server Data option prevents editing or sharing connection details via QR codes.
Audio Recording & Playback
Users can now record calls directly on PoC devices, define playback intervals, and review recent calls within that timeframe. A hardware button can be assigned (on non-display devices) to trigger playback.

Standalone – Always active, no backup server.
Primary – Main server in a redundant setup.
Secondary – Backup server in a redundant setup.
