CSE Crosscom Supports ASAP Rocky’s Don’t Be Dumb UK & European Tour

CSE Crosscom is proud to have supported ASAP Rocky’s Don’t Be Dumb UK and European tour, providing reliable radio communications to keep the touring production connected from venue to venue.

For a major international production travelling across multiple cities and countries, reliable communication is essential. From production and technical teams to venue operations and crew, clear and dependable radio communications help ensure that everyone remains connected throughout the fast-paced touring schedule.

To support the tour, CSE Crosscom supplied 78 Motorola Solutions R7 full-keypad tour hire radios, each configured to meet the requirements of the touring production. The radio package was supplied alongside Remote Speaker Microphones, Peltor noise-cancelling headsets and CSE Crosscom’s new Channel Plan Laminated Lanyards, giving crew members quick and easy access to essential channel information while on the move.

Touring communications, built for the road

With equipment travelling across the UK and Europe, efficient transport, organisation and deployment were key considerations for the touring production. Having a communications package that could be transported securely and deployed quickly was essential as the tour moved from venue to venue.

CSE Crosscom supplied three 24-way touring flight cases, providing a secure and practical solution for transporting and managing the radio equipment throughout the tour. The cases helped keep the radios and accessories protected, organised and ready for use, while making it easier for the production team to manage the equipment on the road.

With everything securely packed and easy to access, the cases helped streamline setup and breakdown at each venue, ensuring the communications package was ready to go when needed and allowing the production team to stay focused on delivering a successful show.

Supporting a major international production

The UK leg of the Don’t Be Dumb tour included arena shows in London, Glasgow and Manchester, before the production continued across Europe, visiting major cities including Milan, Munich, Łódź, Hamburg and Paris, alongside further dates across Central and Eastern Europe.

For CSE Crosscom, supporting a tour of this scale meant delivering a communications package that could be relied upon throughout an extensive and demanding touring schedule.

Dan Howroyd, CSE Crosscom Hire Manager, said:
