CSE Crosscom Awarded CCS RM6347 Transport Technology Framework
CSE Crosscom is delighted to announce it has been awarded lots on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6347 Transport Technology Framework, securing positions in Lot 5 (Enforcement, Security & Compliance) and Lot 8e (Detectors, Informing & Communication Technologies).
About the Framework
The RM6347 Transport Technology Framework is a major procurement agreement run by CCS, designed to streamline how public-sector organisations in the UK buy advanced transport technology systems. The framework went live on 4 November 2025 and runs for 6 to 8 years, giving public bodies flexibility and access to innovation.
The framework supports national transport policy goals, such as reducing emissions and modernising networks. It covers a wide range of technologies, including:
- Electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure
- Smart ticketing systems
- AI-based traffic management tools
- Parking management and environmental monitoring
- Enforcement, security, and compliance technologies
Importantly, the RM6347 agreement was designed to make procurement simpler and more accessible. CSE Crosscom are now available on this framework to assist with your upcoming projects, providing support and expertise wherever needed.
Additionally, all suppliers must commit to carbon reduction plans under Procurement Policy Note PPN 006, supporting sustainable procurement.
What This Means for CSE Crosscom
Being appointed to Lot 5 and Lot 8e under this framework means CSE Crosscom is now an approved supplier for:
- Lot 5 – Enforcement, Security & Compliance: Offering solutions such as law‑enforcement traffic devices, compliance management systems, and security-focused transport technology.
- Lot 8e – Detectors, Informing & Communication Technologies: Providing detectors, camera systems, and communication technologies that help inform, monitor, and control traffic infrastructure.
This award is a strong endorsement of CSE Crosscom UK’s commitment to innovation, quality, and performance. It places the company in a strategic position to support local authorities, government bodies, and other public-sector organisations across the UK in delivering safer, more efficient, and smarter road networks.
Supporting Public Sector Transport Goals
Through its participation in RM6347, CSE Crosscom is well-placed to help public sector clients deliver on critical transport objectives — from compliant enforcement infrastructure to advanced communication systems that improve both road safety and sustainability.
By being part of this framework, CSE Crosscom contributes to:
- Safety: Supplying advanced enforcement and monitoring technologies.
- Sustainability: Enabling systems that support carbon reduction and more efficient transport networks.
- Efficiency: Delivering integrated, modern traffic-management solutions that make procurement easier and more cost‑effective.
“We’re delighted to be chosen for both Lot 5 and Lot 8e of the CCS RM6347 Transport Technology Framework,” said Sue Barnes at CSE Crosscom. “It’s a strong endorsement of our enforcement and communication technology, and it shows our continued commitment to supporting public sector partners as they shape the future of transport across the UK.”
