Speaking about Radiotek, Gary Leatherby, Managing Director of CSE’s UK business, said, “This is a very exciting acquisition that strengthens our position in the UK events sector and will bring existing and new Radiotek customers a broader range of communication solutions.”

Gary added, “The acquisition of Radiotek is part of an on-going strategy to acquire profitable businesses in the communications and security sectors and help them to grow, providing owners with the opportunity for a gradual exit strategy while remaining hands-on with their business.”
